At Buttercooky Bakery, we want to make sure your overall experience exceeds your expectations. The following are some important things for you to know:
There are no refunds. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be issued store credit on a Buttercooky Bakery Gift Card.
A 48 hour notice is required for ANY changes to an order, or to cancel an order. If this notice is not given, you are responsible to pay in full.
All deposits will be refunded on a Buttercooky Bakery Gift Card.
All cake orders requiring any fondant customization need to be place a minimum of one week in advance.
We require a 50% deposit on all order to be processed. Without this deposit, your order will be put on hold and will not be fulfilled.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return to one of our locations with both the item, or a portion of it, and your receipt. One of our managers will be happy to assist you. If a credit is due, it will be issued on a Buttercooky Bakery Gift Card.
